Warranty & Returns

 JP Tactical Gear products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any such defects of which JP Tactical Gear receives written notice within Three (3) years from the date of purchase by the original owner will be remedied by JP Tactical Gear in Las Vegas, Nevada (USA). 

 DO NOT send products without an authorized WA number. Please submit your warranty claim electronically at customerservice@jptacticalgear.com to obtain a WA number.  

 JP Tactical Gear shall not be responsible for:  

Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling, adjustments, or modifications made by the owner; ordinary wear and tear; unreasonable use, abuse, and/or misuse; failure to provide proper care and maintenance; or cosmetic defects not reported in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of the product by the original owner.

The warranty (included with the product) covers any service, repair, and /or replacement of any product manufactured by JP Tactical Gear. This ensures that all JP Tactical Gear. products are fully functional and free from manufacturing defects, according to factory standards.

Elastic Products

All elastic components have a maximum warranty life of 1 year from the purchase date. Elastic products should be seen as expendable sundries that are to be replaced annually for real-world use. The elastic can last long beyond 1 year if stored in proper conditions however even then elastic still do not retain much in the way of lifespan. For this reason, we do not hard mount or permanently incorporate elastic components in our products

The duration of this warranty covers any JP Tactical Gear products for Three (3) years from the original purchase of the product by the original owner.

Failure to provide proper care and maintenance, abuse and/or misuse, unauthorized adjustments, repairs, or modification, or any replacement of factory-installed components with any non-factory component will automatically void this warranty.
